Applicants should be enthusiastic and able to work in a variety of areas including assembly of products, steel and aluminium fabrication and materials processing. You should be adaptable and willing to learn in the very exciting work environment of blast protection systems. Some knowledge of welding and/or spray painting would be preferred.

Building on the success the company already has in several French speaking countries in Europe and Africa, Aigis are now looking to appoint a seasoned sales manager for this territory. In this role you will be responsible for seeking, identifying and securing new business opportunities using our extensive product portfolio and engineering capabilities.

Target markets are mainly Defence and Homeland Security sectors. The nature of the products, and the fact that you are selling safety solutions, requires that you have a background in business development and technical sales.

The successful candidate will be fluent in French and have extensive experience in the territory. You will have a track record of success in developing partnerships with end users, OEMs and resellers, as well as in networking with senior decision takers in military, (semi) government and NGO circles. A technical grounding will be a prerequisite, a background in ammunition would be an advantage.
