Office Administrator
An Administrator is required to aid in the day to day running of the business. Applicants should be experienced, enthusiastic and have a confident attitude as this is a varied role.
 
The role includes; General administrative and office duties, co-ordinating purchasing and invoicing, travel management for the company and providing support in a variety of other tasks.
 
Applicants should be highly organised with the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy, and be able to prioritise a diverse workload. Attention to detail and initiative are imperative.
 
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, administrative experience and strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages.
