The new PPE50 Anti-Mine Combat Boot; protection and comfort in one!

Aigis would like to introduced our new PPE50 Anti-Mine Combat Boot to compliment our current PPE100 Anti-Mine Boot. Whilst the PPE100 offers very high levels of protection against anti personnel mines and is proven as an excellent addition to mine clearance aid worker equipment and some soldiers in more heavily mined environments, the PPE100 may not allow all day to day duties of a foot soldier to be carried out easily. The PPE50, whilst also offering excellent anti personnel mine protection, allows the wearer to carry out activities as they would in standard army issue combat boots.

The PPE50 has all of the benefits of a conventional combat boot, with the addition of Aigis' unique TABRETM blast attenuation system in the sole which is sacrificial under blast loading leaving the upper boot intact and unbreached and an integral ballistic layer to prevent fragment injury to the foot.
